Hi, I’m Nate (he/him). I’m a fun loving, creative, and patient person who genuinely enjoys working with kids. I’ve had a mix of youth focused jobs over the years from being a Direct Support Professional to guiding white water rafting trips. Each experience has taught me something different about communication, staying calm, and helping kids feel supported.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to do fun activities and seeing each kid’s unique personality come out. I try to keep things light and engaging while still helping the group stay on track. I’m big on creating an environment where everyone feels included and comfortable trying new things.

I have degrees in communication, marketing, and healthcare administration, but what drew me to Project Connection is that it feels like a place that genuinely cares about kids and the people who work with them. I’m really grateful to be part of a team that puts connection and growth first, and I’m excited to keep helping kids build confidence and have meaningful experiences here.
