Get Ready

for blood, sweat, and cheers

A woman and a girl sitting on a sofa in a bright living room, engaged in conversation. The woman has shoulder-length hair and is wearing a beige sweater, while the girl has long dark hair and is wearing a light-colored shirt. The room has large windows, a plant, and a white armchair with pillows.

THERAPY

Mental health struggles are real

They can be overwhelming, debilitating and keep us from having meaningful relationships and reaching our goals. Being willing to get curious and rumble with your symptoms requires grit and courage, but in doing so you will remove the barriers preventing you from being able to find, foster, and celebrate a connected life.

We promise to show up for you as you’re showing up for yourself. We promise to sit in the empathy seat and respect the courage and vulnerability it takes to do your work.

The irony of therapy is that it’s a secret space for you to talk about your struggles but if you could hear the other stories that were told in that room, you would realize you are not alone.

OUR PROMISE

  • A woman holding a curly-haired toddler in an orange shirt, while two children with blonde hair look on and laugh outdoors with greenery in the background.

    Blood

Doing your work is hard, and it can be painful — it may kick your ass. It’s going to require you to sit with uncomfortable feelings. But we will meet you with empathy and compassion. We are here with you. We are here for you.

  • People practicing yoga on a rooftop during sunset, with one woman performing a shoulder stand in the foreground and other participants in various poses in the background.

    Sweat

Therapy is a place to identify your issues, learn skills, and practice connecting, but you’re going to have to take what you learn in therapy out into the real world to get results. Just remember, you’re not alone.

  • Group of friends jumping in the air on a trail in a forested park on a sunny day.

    Cheers

What is the end result? Joy! (Isn’t that the reason you are investing in this process in the first place?) Meet your goals, connect to the people and purpose that bring meaning into your life! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
