RAHA MEHRKISH

Intern

Raha (She/Her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern completing her Master’s degree at Westminster University. Raha works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, and identity exploration. She is also passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Raha’s therapeutic approach integrates existential and humanistic perspectives with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques. She strives to create a compassionate, empathetic, and warm environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and discover new ways of growth and healing.

Outside of work, Raha enjoys going to concerts, experimenting with new makeup looks, traveling, catching Pokémon, and spending time with her beloved cat, Ruby. She is also a lifelong lover of all things goth and spooky.
