Brandee Harris

Beginning therapy takes courage. I hope to provide a safe, empathetic space where we can collaborate on your goals. I have a humanistic, person-centered approach, focusing on your strengths, exploring your feelings, and supporting you on your journey. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with children and teens struggling to regulate strong emotions, lacking motivation, or having anxiety or depression. I have worked with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and faith transitions. If you have experienced trauma, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I want to help you navigate past and current challenges, find your best self, heal, increase your resilience and help you be where you want to be.
