Ashlee Schaar (she/her) graduated from Westminster University in 2024 with a B.S. in Psychology and will graduate from Capella University in 2027 with her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ashlee believes that connection and empowerment are the foundation of well-being and light the way for change. One spark can ignite a forest fire, just as an ember of personal empowerment can spark a movement.
