HI! I’m Marissa and if you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, ADHD or stress, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. I am dedicated to supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of therapy, I believe in the importance of balance and creativity. I enjoy rock climbing, painting/artist outlets, and spending time outdoors—activities that help me recharge and stay grounded. I bring that same appreciation for balance and personal growth into the therapeutic space.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as person centered, strength-based, solution focused and emotionally focused techniques.
