Kaitlin Bodily

LCSW

I work with motivated individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, identities, and belief systems who are ready to foster meaningful connection, self-understanding, and personal growth. I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating the complex intersections of identity, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender dysphoria, and autism, offering a neurodivergent-affirming space with an understanding of social and emotional challenges.

In our first session, we’ll have a relaxed, collaborative conversation about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and past experiences. We’ll start building trust and explore what matters most to you. I’ll also complete an initial assessment to help guide a treatment plan that aligns with your needs and values.

Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable and sometimes challenging, which is why I approach our work with directness, compassion, and a touch of humor—always grounded in evidence-based practices and deep respect for your unique experience. Together, we can create a safe space to explore your story and support the changes you want to see in your life.
